Andy Kay who wrote and edited the film says, “When I was a barely-legal gay boy closeted in an incredibly religious household I didn’t have access to magazines, gay friends, or any contact with gay culture in general. The one saving grace I did have were several free sites with incredibly old downloadable content. I used to watch a lot of 70’s and 80’s gay porn, which I downloaded and quickly deleted after watching so my parents wouldn’t find it. That film style stuck in my mind though and as I started writing scripts and music for porn films at Boycrush Studios I jumped at the opportunity to write a tribute to them. Even though many of the original scenes I’ve never been able to find again and have no idea of their origin, I view “Underwear Snatchers” as my tribute to the early gay pornographers and their films. Seeing something that sparked my interest in the gay porn world and started me on the path I’m on today become remastered in my own words is absolutely fantastic. I hope you like it!”

I really felt like I needed to get this out, so along with the wonderful PR sent out my Lucas Ent by Michael himself, I also have a few words to say.

Although I only spent a weekend with Wilfried (in person) I respected the man a lot. I followed his career after we filmed “Return to Fire Island” and communicated on rare occasions. I never saw the side of him that eventually took over, he was always pleasant and animated. I remember the relationship I noticed he had with Michael Lucas (because unless you’re a friend, you do NOT talk to the director like that ;)) and my condolences go out to him as well. He was more than a pretty face and I hate that the world did this first to his husband and then to him. I hope things change in this country soon before we have more like them, like Mr. Lucas said, this pattern needs to be broken.

P.S. I don’t know if it’s appropriate to post porn pics on a eulogy, but I posted the pictures because that’s how I want to remember him.

Like so many others, I am heartbroken by the news that our beautiful friend and colleague Wilfried Knight has committed suicide. I was lucky enough to work with him many times.

Beneath his tough exterior Wilfried was, like many guys in the adult-film industry, a sensitive and intelligent man. And like many guys in the adult-film industry, he struggled to maintain his external image and his sense of self-worth.

Coming so soon after the suicides of Roman Ragazzi last year and of Arpad Miklos just last month, Wilfried’s death is deeply troubling. I am scared at what this trend suggests about the gay world. It’s not just porn stars who are killing themselves; about ten guys in my gym alone have recently committed suicide. (Wilfried’s partner, Jerry, killed himself just two weeks ago, as Wilfried wrote about here.)

But porn actors are among the highest-profile casualties of gay suicide, and are especially vulnerable in some ways. We do not have good support systems in place for people in our industry. We need to talk more about this as a community. We need to be there for each other.

Below is my full infosheet on becoming a Boycrush cam model. Anyone can do it (boy or girl) and it can be an easy way to get noticed if your an aspiring porn star or just a way to make some extra cash and work from home on your own schedule. Just follow the easy steps below and you’re on your way!


So, you want to be a Boycrush Cam Model? Well here’s the step by step process you’ll need to follow in order to get signed up.

1. Make sure you have never worked for Flirt4Free/Video Secrets on the past. If you have, you need to contact the company and give them the approval to switch you over to our studio, I can contact them for you if you wish, however sometimes our rep will need to speak to you too since some studios don’t like losing models. Only models signed up to work on Boycrush’s Boycrushlive.com can reap the benefits of our advertising capabilities and keeping members/fans in the loop.

2. Make sure you have a PC or Mac and decent internet you can use privately. The flirt4free performers application (the program that models use to do their shows) is only useable on PCs. They now have a Mac-friendly application that runs through your wed-browser. Contact Andy if you have problems. Once you’re set up, feel free to ask Andy for his Phone number as he is always available to help you with your shows if you’re having trouble logging in (andykaybc@gmail.com).

3. Send Andy your ID (a clear scan or photo), your stats (height, weight, dick legnth, eye/hair color, etc), and the best way to contact you. All of these things are necessary to complete your bio and get you signed up. I only complete the necessary parts of the bio (however) so if you want the full thing filled out (something that attracts more fans) you’ll need to log onto studios.vs.com and complete it on your own.

4. Once Andy has everything from step 3, he will send you a 2257 form that is essential to sign you up to this site as it (along with your ID) proves you’re 18. Please print it out, sign, and scan/email it back in the highest quality you can. Photos work if it is clear enough.

5. Send Andy 3 or 4 non-nude photos (you must at least wear underwear if your midsection is shown.) Shirtless and taking the photos horizontally rather than vertically is preferred. These will be your photos that potential clients will see. Make sure one includes you, facing the camera without a hat as one is needed to approve your ID. If a photo matching that description isn’t among your first 4, please send another.

6. If you haven’t worked for this cam company before and you submit all the info requested above, Andy will be able to quickly add you to the system within a day or two. Once he does, you will be able to log onto studios.vs.com, which is your “home base” for camshows. There you can download the performer application (the program you use to actually do your camshows) as well as read the company’s rules and check your email. If you are a Mac user you must always log into that site to access your cam application while PC users will use the downloaded application to complete their shows.

7. If you haven’t cammed before and have further questions, feel free to contact Andy via email. He’ll get back to you within 24 hours. If he’s been given warning of your camshow (and has helped advertised) he will most likely be around to help in case something goes wrong.

IMPORTANT RULES: There are many rules the cam company has in place in order to keep things running smoothly and to keep your identity safe. Please do not share personal information, phone numbers, or emails during camshows. If you are a web model, you can tell them that you “model for Boycrush Studios” however, you can’t say, “Go to Boycrush.com to check out my stuff.” Also, members can give you tips which are 100% yours to keep in their entirety, however you cannot ask for tips. Tip-begging and sharing personal information can result in fines administered by the cam company.
